Our optimization procedure follows a 6 step process:

  1. Analyze wear pattern of existing parts
  2. Observe force associated and variations with time
  3. Make Finite Element Analysis Models to run simulations
  4. Study the effect of changes in part geometry and material properties
  5. Optimize material and design to ensure superior fatigue and other customer desired properties
  6. Iterate for possible improvements based on inputs from real life instrumentation
